Prior to establishing Terrogence Global, Mr. Arbel served as team leader in 8200 Intelligence unit in the IDF. Following his service, he joined the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), taking a position as a communications analyst.
Mr. Arbel has been a part of the Terrogence team from the beginning in 2005. Shai was the CEO of Terrogence and SenseCy (Cyber Threat Intelligence) that were acquired by Verint Systems (CIS) in 2017.
In Verint Systems CIS, Shai held the position of VP Cyber Threat Intelligence and Head of the Terrogence / SenseCy group.
Shai holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Management from Ruppin Academic Center.
Yaniv Feldman is a serial entrepreneur. Yaniv has founded Geektime (The largest Israeli tech media) and One Alpha, a crypto data intelligence and research company (acquired by First Digital Assets Group).
Yaniv now leads Terrogence Global’s operations and Product development.
Yaniv comes from a vast technical background and has served as regional director for Security products at Microsoft and a Cyber-Security consultant for several large technology companies.
Yaniv holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Derby University with a focus on economic history
Terrogence, INC COL (Ret) John Greaves retired from the US Army after 29 years, 8 months of service. His last assignment was with the Department of the Army G3/US Army Nuclear and CWMD Agency (USANCA), serving as the Division Chief for Plans/Operations for Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Nuclear Operations. His military career spans numerous assignments in Command and Staff, in EOD, CIED and CWMD positions, including combat operations in Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2005. He led NATO CIED capability development in support of the ISAF surge in Afghanistan, from 2009-2012 and later served as Senior CIED consultant to NATO Allied Command for Transformation. Most recently, he served as a Department of Defense representative to the FBI FVEY Counter Improvised Threat Collaboration Center (C3) at Redstone Arsenal, AL from 2018- 2023;
COL Greaves holds a BS in Management from the University of Tampa; an MA in Management from Webster University; and a Masters Certification in Government Contracting from Old Dominion University. COL Greaves is a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician.
M. Anthony Kaiser joined Terrogence Global in 2016 as project manager, dealing with major customers of the company both domestically and abroad. He successfully led the digital risk team before evolving to his current sales oriented position, as pre sales and marketing manager.
Anthony is a passionate and relentless worker, trying to get the most out of every opportunity. Over the years, he has accumulated experience from diverse fields including open-source intelligence, intelligence technologies, communications, campaigns, and management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology
Chief Superintendent (ret) Michael Cardash is one of the world’s leading experts in recognizing and responding to the threat of IEDs.
With a career as a senior bomb technician spanning some 30 years, Mr. Cardash most recently served as Deputy Head of the Israeli National Police Bomb Disposal Division (2005-2009). Before that, he served during crucial periods of unrest as West Bank Bomb Squad commander (1990-1992), Yarkon Bomb Squad Commander (1993-1996), Bomb Disposal Training School Commander (1996-1999), and Chief Bomb Disposal Officer of both the Tel Aviv District (1999-2001) and the Central District (2001-2004). As a leader of these teams, he investigated and responded to various terror attacks, particularly those involving suicide bombing devices. He received the Medal of Courage for outstanding service in 1991.
Mr. Cardash trains law enforcement personnel and bomb technicians from around the world assists in founding counterterrorism security procedures and contributes to R&D bomb-disposal projects, researching and developing new tools and equipment for mitigating and defeating IEDs. He currently authors the C-IED assessments in Terrogence Global’s Möbius Subscription Intelligence Report Series and advises the Terrogence Global Physical Threats Team on IED and HME related matters.
Ms. Karp joined Terrogence Global in 2016 with professional experience in technical intelligence and language research, that includes having served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Intelligence Corps as a translator of SIGINT and OSINT materials, and as a linguist and researcher.
She now heads the Weapons Technical Intelligence team whose analysts are in charge of conducting intelligence collection and analysis on global terror, security threats, online radicalization and terror capability developments, among other topics.
Ms. Karp holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Tomer manages the monthly Hydra Strategic Intelligence Report that offers insights into global jihad trends and the dynamics of terrorist online extremism.
As a senior analyst he collects and analyzes information on irregular and asymmetric warfare and the use of IEDs worldwide.
Previously, he worked in various roles that focused on MENA research and intelligence gathering. In his last role before joining Terrogence Global he worked as an Army-Civilian specializing in research analysis and information gathering for the IDF’s Military Intelligence Directorate Research Department.
Tomer holds a M.A in Middle Eastern History from the University of Tel-Aviv and has work experience and varying proficiency levels in Arabic, Farsi, Turkish and Russian.
