Between January 13 and 17, 2024, in a coordinated operation, the Mexican Secretariat of National Defense, National Guard and Civil Guard raided eight warehouses dedicated to the production of improvised weapons, armor for vehicles, narcotics and Mexican Army uniforms. Most of the warehouses were located in Zicuirán, in La Huacana municipality, in Michoacán State.
