Mobius report 74/2024 – Hezbollah Long Range Rockets and Missiles

Following the deadly Hamas October 7, 2023, attack and the subsequent outbreak of the Al-Aqsa Flood/Iron Swords War in Gaza, Lebanese Hezbollah joined the conflict on October 8, 2023. This escalation exposed the significant military arsenal Hezbollah has amassed over the years, which includes missiles and rockets capable of striking targets at various distances. These weapons have been central to Hezbollah’s long-standing preparations for conflict with Israel.

During the last year alone, more than 12,000 rockets have been fired from Lebanese territory into Israel, while long-range rockets and missiles have been exposed and neutralized during the last month in Israeli military operations in Lebanon after Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah’s elimination, further intensifying tensions and underscoring the persistent threat Hezbollah poses to Israeli security.
