On September 26, 2024, the first use of a KZD-100 EFP was documented in the Ukrainian combat arena. While information about the charge remains limited, the EFP charge is associated with the Russian family of shaped charges of various sizes marked “KZ” (“Кумулятивный заряд”, Lit. “Shaped charge.”) Another relatively new member of this family is a small hollow conical charge known as the KZ-200, on which there is almost no information or technical specifications.
