During March 2025, documentation surfaced of a new Russian FPV drone, known as Alyosha, developed under the Russian Army’s “Alaska” drone project. This FPV drone is 3D-printed and custom-designed to be modular on the battlefield, providing drone operators with greater flexibility to adapt to mission requirements. The modular design allows operators to rapidly swap or adjust warheads according to available targets, enhancing operational effectiveness and battlefield adaptability.
