This threat persists in the militant jihadi landscapes of Kashmiri insurgency and the emergence of hybrid facade groups such as The Resistance Front and the People’s Anti-Fascist Front, which mask legacy Pakistan-based networks and advance a sectarian, Islamist jihadi project.
