The Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel, a violent Mexican criminal group involved in narco-trafficking, has an impressive arsenal of weapons at its disposal. These include high caliber rifles, grenade launchers, rockets launchers, armed UAVs and armored trucks, according to information hacked from the Secretariat of National Defense and later leaked in the Guacamaya Leaks.
The trucks fitted with improvised armor, dubbed Monstruos (Monsters,) have evolved over the years, from plates of armor attached to civilian cars and trucks to vehicles closely resembling APCs used by special military forces. These particular models are used by Elite CJNG forces.
